Hello again everybody. I didn’t originally plan on blogging more than once a week, but I felt that this thing I just found should be brought up urgently. Continuing on from yesterday’s more “unnatural approaches/ procedures” to looking beautiful there are obviously many ways you can more look more lovely.

In the past two blogs, I spoke about ways you can look better. But I guess I was specifically talking about the ways you can look better in terms of improving your body. Today, I will be talking about improving your look— your face specifically. Although there are both natural and unnatural (cosmetic procedures) ways for you to make your body look more lovely, the same can’t be said when it comes to the face.

As we get older, it’s pretty much unavoidable that our face/ skin takes its tole. A variety of reasons like the effects of gravity, too much exposure to the sun, and the stresses of daily life can be seen on our faces. These unwanted characteristics like, deep creases that form between the nose and mouth, limp and jowly jaw lines, folds and fat deposits in the neck area, are all unattractive characteristics that can’t be treated or countered by exercise and good diet. Therefore, the only way to handle this matter is to get a facelift. But since there are many types of facelifts you can get, I think the best choice for people is the Lifestyle lift.

I’ve been thinking about getting a facelift for a while now. I think I’ve done enough to get the body I want after all the rigorous exercise, and diets. But before I can jump into scheduling a facelift appointment, I had to do some research first. After reading about the many types of facelifts out there, I decided the Lifestyle lift was probably the best choice since the procedure is fast and it doesn’t allow too many complications to happen as opposed to your more average facelifts.

The Lifestyle lift was developed by Doctor David M. Kent . The procedure was meant to be an alternative to your conventional facelifts. The Lifestyle lift is a cosmetic procedure that is meant to make you look years younger by removing excess fat and by shaping your facial contours. Then you would have your muscles tightened and your facial and neck skin repositioned.

The procedure is done in the office and performed under local anesthesia. The benefit of having the Lifestyle lift performed under local anesthesiology rather than general anesthesiology is that it reduces potential complications posed by anesthesiology. And also, the entire Lifestyle Lift procedure takes about an hour, so it is very short in comparison to your average facelifts.

In addition, the Lifestyle lift procedure’s recovery period process is considered to be more speedy process than most traditional facelifts. With an 80-90% of normal activity within 4 to 7 days, this makes the Lifestyle lift a more considerable option when thinking about getting a facelift. Also, the procedure is very affordable and drastically less expensive than most traditional facelifts. Traditional facelifts may cost up to $15000, where the average Lifestyle lift is reported to be about less than $5000.
